I have an issue with a product I purchased

If you have purchased a product which is out of date or there are concerns around its quality, please do not consume the product.


Bring the product back to the Member Services desk at your local store where our colleagues can assist.


You MUST make any complaints and/or make returns directly to us and NOT to the retailers or manufacturers of the products you buy in our stores.


If there has been a mistake with the amount you have been charged, please bring your receipt to the Member Services desk in store.
