How do I update my personal details?

To change any of your personal details, please visit the Member Services desk at your local store to request a change of details form. 
 
You will be required to provide proof of changes, please see below for the required proofs:
 
  • If updating your home address, an accepted form of ID, utility bill or bank statement showing the new address and previous address is required. 
  • If updating your name, a marriage/deed poll certificate or accepted form of ID will be required. 
  • If updating your email address, please show a form of photo ID. 
 
The store will complete a request form for you and your details will be updated within 7 days.

If you have completed a change of details form and are unsure whether the change has been actioned, please contact membership@companyshop.co.uk or call Member Services on 01226 747 121
